Policies

  • Booking within 24 hours is not permitted for new clients. 
  • New clients must book and prepay a 75 minute appointment for the first session. 
  • Cancellation
    • Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to the day before your appointment at 12 PM/NOON.
    • Late cancellations after this time made up to an hour before your appointment is scheduled to start are subject to a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. 
    • No call/no shows or cancellations made within an hour of the appointment time will be subject to a fee of 100% of the appointment cost. 
    • Fees for missed/late cancelled appointments will be charged to the card on file. 
    • Exceptions can be made for accidents or illness at the discretion of the therapist.
  • Late Arrivals
    • Late arrivals to appointments can be accommodated in some cases. Please text or call as soon as you can if you know you are going to be late.
    • Arriving late to your appointment will affect your treatment time and you will still be responsible for the full cost of your appointment.
    • If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment and do not communicate with me, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for the missed appointment. 
  • Financial Policy
    • Full payment is due at the time of service via cash or credit card. Cash is not kept on site; please bring the exact amount of your service if you wish to pay in cash.
    • Personal checks are not accepted. 
    • Appointment prepayments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment for the same client if the request to reschedule is made by the appropriate deadline, noon the day before the original appointment.
